I offer private-pay therapy for women seeking deeper healing from anxiety, relationship and attachment trauma, self-doubt, and patterns that keep them feeling stuck.

I am an out-of-network provider and do not accept insurance.
Many clients are still able to receive partial reimbursement for therapy through their out-of-network benefits. Upon request, I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company.
If you're unsure what your benefits cover, I encourage you to contact your insurance provider and ask about out-of-network mental health coverage.
In some situations, insurance companies may make exceptions for specialized treatment when an appropriate in-network provider is not available. If you have questions about your options, we can discuss during your free consultation.

Good Faith Estimate
Under the No Surprises Act, healthcare providers are required to provide clients who are not using insurance with a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges for services.
